Shelley is an award-winning real estate agent with extensive experience in the North Shore detached market. She has developed a specialty in downsizing and has earned the designation as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® ,demonstrating the care and integrity required to successfully help her clients find the perfect fit for their stage of life.
Her passion for real estate began at an early age when she purchased her first rental property, setting the stage for a 20+ year journey with renovating, tenanting, and acquiring multiple investment properties. This experience gives her a unique perspective and ability to understand her clients’ needs, whether they are purchasing real estate for personal use or as an investment.
Shelley previously worked in the film industry and was the entrepreneur behind Artina’s Jewellery, a dual-location retail chain in Gastown and Victoria, which she ran for over two decades. During this time Shelley wrote a children’s book titled ‘Artina’s West Coast Adventure’ which featured illustrations by First Nations artists, with the net proceeds donated to the Raise-a-Reader campaign to benefit literacy programs across British Columbia.
Her meticulous attention to detail, unwavering work-ethic, and exceptional customer service skills are evident in her approach to preparing homes for sale, going above and beyond by assisting clients with decluttering, staging, and adding personal touches that allow the properties to be presented in their best light.
Shelley is a long-time North Vancouver resident, where she lives with her husband and son. She is deeply connected to the East of Seymour and Deep Cove communities, where she enjoys participating in social engagements, charity events, and school activities.
