Operations & Administrative Lead
Kylen is a dedicated administrative professional with a passion for client care and a talent for managing the team’s systems & operations. Her positive attitude, combined with strong organizational and technical skills, ensures every detail is handled seamlessly.
As a licensed Realtor®, Kylen oversees key operational tasks, including coordinating listing and transaction documentation, ensuring regulatory & contractual compliance, and managing workflows across many areas of our business. She creates and maintains the systems that support our high standards of practice, along with many other supportive tasks, playing an integral role in the success of the team.
In her spare time, Kylen is a vocalist and guitar player, performing with her bands around the GVA. She loves to discover and support local artists, and is a proud member of the vibrant music community of Greater Vancouver.
